ENERGY IS THE FUTURE, WE MAKE IT BRIGHT

ABOUT US

HYPER ENERGY Group is engaged with wholesale activities in the liberalized European electricity market. As a dynamic company, we are making reliable and predictable steps towards the safe expansion by serving the needs of even large energy market players.
Wholesale electricity market
Wholesale electricity market designs represent an opportunity for realizing 21st century power systems, in which variable renewable energy and emerging technologies such as smart grids, demand response, distributed generation, in addition to distributed storage, are tightly integrated into the power system operations.
Market potential
Electricity demand is expected to increase in the European Union. The projections for 2020 range from 3 530 TWh to 3 795 TWh, being 150–420 TWh higher than the electricity generated in 2008. EU’s energy and climate policy commitments imply that the electricity supply structure of EU needs to change completely in the next decades, from the current fossil fuel and nuclear based system to a system based on renewable energy sources in addition to other low-carbon technologies.
Risk management
We set a secure trade procedure to minimalize financial risk due to the substantial price and volume risks that the markets can exhibit. We trade only with reliable certified partners in secure environments.

OUR SERVICES

Our highly qualified experts, by having insights of the European energy (electricity and gas) systems, are constantly monitoring the market trends and changes, following up its development orientations and actively participating - within the group to further enhance our market position at theoretical, economical, financial and trading relational level.
ELECTRICITY
The markets serve two roles: they define the security-constrained, merit-order dispatch that ensures short-term reliability, and they define the financial incentives in addition to rules of eligibility for investments in resources that ensure long-term reliability.
NATURAL GAS
Since our expansion plans includes the Group’s involvement into the European gas sector in the following period, as a first step we are preparing to build a local presence in the European gas hub center in The Netherlands.
TRADING
The energy group, with its several entities, deals with daily DAM trade of electrical energy products within the EU market, especially in Germany. The actual product portfolio consists of day-BL power cord product trading, thus the product portfolio can be extended to include Peak load, Off Peak and Blocks.
BALANCING
Each member company of the group is having activities in specified fields within the European energy market functioning with its own balance group and valid operational licenses.
